The Reflex (80s Pop Covers)

The Reflex is a music project put together by three musicians who've been friends since they were teenagers. Len, Alun & Ade have collectively been involved in almost every style of music that's emerged over the last 30 years, from punk, to rock, and everything in between. They all share fond memories of the great pop music that was on everyone's radio, and everyone's cassette player, throughout the eighties. The punk, electronica, new romantic, ska, and mod genres all left their mark on some amazing songwriters. The record industry was still quite naive, young bands were allowed to develop and flourish in their own time, and in their own style. It unlikely that we'll ever see such a flood of great quality pop music again so let's keep it alive!
